Today, the 4th, 5th, and 6th generations continue the tradition, sustainably raising grass-fed, grain-finished beef. Every cut we sell, from ground beef to our finest steaks, is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to maximize flavor and tenderness. We proudly ship our premium beef nationwide and offer local delivery.
