Regardless of what type of operation they are, where they're located, what they produce, or how they run things, there's always a next project. It's a universal truth about people in Ag: every day they want to make things better than yesterday.

Derrick and Joel started Go Find a Farmer with their wives for the same reason – to offer a new way for local farms to reach more customers. Just hard work, being honest, and trying to do the right thing by people. Our thinking is that if people with no connection to agriculture realize there are great local farms and ranches all around them, who can provide them with amazing meat and produce, it would benefit both farms and consumers. It’s not about replacing grocery stores, but about helping consumers understand the story of their food, where it comes from, and how buying locally creates positive change.
