JT2 was started by Jason and Jolie Taylor with a mission to make getting pure Texas, all-natural beef easily accessible at an affordable price – just like the old days! Our cows happily graze on green pastures year-round, and we take pride in having full control over every step from our ranch to your table.
Our process is:
- Raising our cows naturally with care – no shortcuts!
- Processing the beef at our own USDA-inspected beef processing facility, JT2 Pack in Tyler, Texas. (Check out our Processing page for wholesale or custom beef processing!)
- Shipping delicious beef straight to your door!
